We hire security professionals who do the job properly when nobody is watching — which, on a night patrol, is most of the time. If you hold a Washington State security guard license, or you are coming out of law enforcement or the military, we want to talk.
Security positions are based out of Everett and cover routes across Snohomish County and north King County.
Run a security patrol route by vehicle covering multiple client properties through the night.
Hold a stationed security post at a single client site, armed or unarmed depending on the assignment.
A valid Washington State security guard license, or willingness to obtain one. Tell us where you are in the process — we work with candidates who are partway through.
For patrol roles, a valid driver's license and a clean record. You will be behind the wheel for most of the shift.
Our clients pay for documentation. If you write clear reports and photograph what you find, you will do well here.
The single thing that matters most. A post that goes uncovered at 2am is the one problem a client never forgets, so we need officers who turn up on time, every shift, and call in early when something genuinely comes up.
Most of this job is talking, not confronting. We look for people who can move someone along, calm a resident down and know when to step back and call it in instead of escalating.
A background check, a clean and squared-away appearance, and the judgement to represent us properly on a client's property. You are the company as far as their residents and tenants are concerned.
This is not the whole list — it is what we ask about first. Availability, how you handle a confrontation, comfort working alone overnight and outdoors, and whether you can be relied on at three in the morning all get covered properly in the interview.
