Mobile vehicle security patrol
Randomized security patrol passes through your property on a schedule that cannot be predicted or timed around. Security officers check entrances, sweep parking areas, clear loitering and document anything out of place. Each stop is logged the moment the officer arrives, with the time, the property and the officer ID, so you get a verifiable record of coverage instead of a summary at the end of the month. This is the most cost-effective security option for retail plazas, HOAs, industrial parks and any property that needs presence rather than a full-time post.
On-site security guards
A licensed security guard stationed at your property for a set shift, handling access control, visitor and contractor check-in, lobby coverage and incident response. On-site posts make sense where there is continuous foot traffic, a history of confrontation, or a contractual requirement for a guard on premises. We will tell you honestly when a mobile security patrol schedule would serve you better for less money — an unnecessary full-time post is the most common way property budgets get wasted.
Alarm response
When an alarm trips, a security officer is dispatched to verify what actually happened before anyone assumes it was a false trigger. Security officers sweep the perimeter and interior, check doors and windows for forced entry, secure the site and photograph anything found. Because our units are already patrolling this corridor overnight, response comes from nearby rather than from a distant office. You get a report with photos, whether it was a break-in or a door left unlatched by a tenant.
Parking enforcement & tow coordination
Permit parking enforcement by licensed security officers, overnight parking control, citations and coordinated towing for private lots. Every vehicle is photographed and the license plate recorded before any action is taken — that record is what protects the property owner when a vehicle owner disputes a tow. We coordinate with the property's authorized tow company under Washington State impound rules, and tenants who are parked legitimately get logged as safe so they are never towed by mistake.
Fire watch
When a building's fire alarm or sprinkler system goes out of service, most jurisdictions require a physical fire watch until it is restored. A licensed security officer patrols the property on a fixed schedule, watching for hazards and logging each round so you have documentation for the fire marshal and your insurer. These situations are almost always urgent, and we can usually start coverage on short notice.
Camera & CCTV monitoring
Live security monitoring of your existing camera system by trained dispatchers, with escalation straight to a security officer on the ground when something needs a physical response. Cameras only help if someone is watching them and someone can act — this pairs the two. Footage of note is captured and attached to your reporting alongside the officer's write-up.
Event security
Coverage for corporate functions, community gatherings, private events and venue operations: entry screening, bag checks, access control at restricted areas, crowd flow and a clear escalation plan if something goes wrong. Security staffing is scaled to the headcount and the risk profile, and we walk the venue with you beforehand rather than showing up cold on the day.
Drone patrol units
We are building out aerial security patrol capability for large properties where a vehicle cannot see everything — construction yards, storage lots, industrial acreage and large events.
